Hijikawa Arashi Observation Koen (Park)
It is a park conceived to overlook the Hijikawa Arashi, a rare meteorological phenomena in which temperature differences between air and river&sea-water enable strong wind currents that materialize in cloud formations. Aside of this winter spectacle, islands doting the Seto Inland Sea or the 'Nagahama Bridge' can also be enjoyed. Complementary, the sunset scenery is also remarkable.
