Shigure (delicacy) San-eido (confectionary)

The Shigure of San-eido has a chewy and sticky texture.

Carefully selected ingredients, including rice flour and red beans. Among the rice flours, we use particularly fine-grained and high-quality flour, which is the source of our glutinous textures. Everything is done by hand, including the steaming of each piece to make the most of the ingredients. Chestnuts, wormwood, yuzu, and other seasonal Ozu are incorporated into the delicacies, allowing you to enjoy these treats seasonally.
