Craft beer born in a red brick warehouse
大正時代から残る赤煉瓦倉庫に造られたブルワリー。定番のIPAやペールエールだけでなく、シルクエールやミカンエールなど、地域の特産品を生かした商品も開発している。醸造所内には出来立てのビールを楽しめるスペースも併設されている。
※2024年5月19日より、臥龍醸造での店舗販売を休止しています。
当面の間は臥龍醸造を除いた下記店舗に加え、併設の「yumehonoka」にて販売しています。
