Near Nagahama (on the mouth of Hiji River), stark contrast in water and air temperature creates flows of air that, under adequate conditions, materialises into thin layers of morning mist.
From autumn to winter, the morning mist engulfs the harbour town, howling like a dragon.
Since it is a natural phenomenon, the encounter with a dragon flowing through Hiji River could be describe as a (tiny) miracle.
