From the 7th fiscal year, with the cooperation of the Ozu Hiji River Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ozu River National Highway Office and the prefectural Ozu Agricultural High School, we have been planting seasonal flowers and developing it as a place of relaxation for citizens. It is now a seasonal tradition for everyone in Ozu city and abroad to enjoy.
