From 1995, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and the Ozu prefectural Agricultural High School, we have been planting seasonal flowers and developing it as a place of relaxation for citizens. It is now a seasonal tradition for everyone in Ozu city and beyond to enjoy.
