From the top of the mountain, you can clearly observe the Ozu plain and see how the Hiji River bends along its course to the sea. The park is famous for its vast amount of azaleas, magnificently blooming in late April early May every year. During this period, Mt. Tomisu is dyed pink. Attached to the summit, there is an observatory, enabling you to enjoy the views of the city all year round.
